Return Policy

You have 30 days from the purchase date (both online and in-store purchases) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. All original tags, stickers, and special components need to be included for the return to be accepted.

How to Initiate a Return

Purchases made in store can only be returned in store. Online orders must be returned through our online returns portal.

Online Purchases:

  • Visit our Returns Portal and sign in with your order number and email address.
  • Select the item(s) and reason for your return.
  • Select the prepaid shipping label to send the return back to us.
  • A copy of your packing slip and shipping label will be sent to your email address.

In-Store:

Bring the item along with the original receipt to our retail location. Our associates will assist you with the return process.

Refunds & Processing

Processing: For online returns, you can expect a refund within 10 business days of being received at our warehouse. All refunds are processed back to the original form of payment and post within 2-3 business days.

Cash Returns: Cash refunds over $250 are handled at the store’s discretion and may be issued by check.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Products

Certain types of products cannot be returned:

  • Gift Cards
  • Custom, personalized, or special order items
  • Sale product
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not process exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or silhouette, please place a new order and return the original item.

Price Adjustments

We do not offer price adjustments or match prior promotions. Pricing reflects conditions at the time of purchase.
