Ada Xi Barbecue LLC ("only-top")
Ada Xi Barbecue LLC stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to love every purchase. Within 30 days, if you are unhappy with any product for any reason, we will gladly issue a refund back to the original method of payment.
How long do I have to return an item?
You can return eligible items within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. All original tags and stickers need to be included.
How do I create a return?
- Visit our Returns Portal and sign in with your order number and email address.
- Select the item(s) and reason for your return.
- Select the prepaid shipping label to send the return back to us.
- Confirm and Complete. A copy of your shipping label will be sent to your email.
How long will it take for my refund to be processed?
You can expect a refund to be issued within 10 business days of being received back at our warehouse. All refunds are returned back to the original form of payment and may post within 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
How can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. We will issue a refund once the unwanted item is received. We are unable to ship out replacement orders; please place a new order for the desired item.
Why is an item showing not eligible for return?
Some sale items are "Final Sale" and non-returnable. This will be stated in the item description. Additionally, if the order was placed more than 30 days ago, it is no longer eligible.
I received an incorrect or damaged item.
Please reach out to our Customer Care Team at support@only-top.shop with photos of the item and the barcode. We will assist you immediately in creating a return.
